We happily claim the Wiregrass area of Southeast Alabama as our home. We love the people, the landscape, and most certainly the homes. But that's not where it all started.

We previously designed custom homes and remodels in the Seattle, WA area where Joshua Scott, mentored by his late father-in-law Phil King, designed hundreds of custom homes and remodels ranging from small cottages to 8,000+ square foot homes featured in the Parade of Homes.

With the passing of Phil King, the Scott family now resides in Enterprise, AL. We have brought our talent for designing terrific homes to the Wiregrass area and beyond. More than that, we've also brought our capability to design to extremely demanding standards. As you may well imagine, the stringent plans process in Seattle far exceeds that of our more rural part of the country. You benefit because your plans still meet those rigorous standards.

Well known for unique and exciting designs, our homes are not only beautiful but buildable as well, a fact often overlooked by typical draftsman. But then again, we don't really think of ourselves as drafters. We design first and draft second. We come from a construction background - we've driven the nails and we know how a poor design costs time and money. We do not sacrifice our designs in any form, but we do have an eye towards beauty in the workability of the home itself. Construction minded, our designs are not created from just an architectural viewpoint, but a buildable and livable viewpoint as well.
